1. Products & Descriptions
All art products, handmade items, sculptures, paintings, and décor pieces are described as accurately as possible.
As many products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and part of the uniqueness of the artwork.
Product images are for reference only and may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting and screen settings.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, packing, and shipping charges will be added at checkout.
3. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message.
Order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch; it only confirms receipt of your request.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
We accept online payments through secure payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other available options).
Full payment must be completed before order processing and dispatch.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment services.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within the mentioned processing time (usually 5–10 working days for handmade art products).
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier services, and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions.
Shipping charges are applicable, are non-refundable.
6. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
Eco-friendly or protective packaging materials may be used depending on the product type.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As art products are unique and often made-to-order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
8. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging.
Share unboxing photos/videos as proof for verification.
Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.
9. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom or personalized art products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is confirmed.
Production timelines for custom orders will be shared at the time of order placement.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been processed or customized.
Once dispatched or in production, cancellations are not allowed.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, artworks, images, and content belong to the art shop and the respective artists.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
